Terms and Conditions
On Site Vaccines
- Price quoted is per participant.
- Prices do not include GST.
- Participating staff numbers are per office location / per booking (rather than a sum total of participants from more than 1 office / booking).
- For on location bookings – Minimum charge two (2) hours Nurse Immuniser and 10 participants per booking/location.
- If flights, accommodation and car hire are required to service your remote locations, additional charges will apply (at cost + 10%).
- Pricing is as per confirmed bookings as at five (5) days prior to scheduled vaccination session (irrespective of no-shows on the day).
- We will supply the exact number of vaccines as confirmed in your online booking a minimum of five working days prior to the job date. Once an order is placed it is unable to be withdrawn, as you have been charged for the total number of vaccines ordered regardless of the number of participants on the day. For example, if 40 vaccines are ordered and 38 staff present for vaccination on the day, you have been charged for 40 vaccines and we will be unable to refund the additional vaccines.
Cancellation fees will apply if cancellation of a site visit occurs within one week of the scheduled vaccination date. A fee of 75% of the proposed cost for the scheduled trip / service will be administered.
In Clinic Vouchers
- Prepaid flu vouchers can be redeemed only at a Sonic HealthPlus Clinic or Travel Doctor-TMVC Clinic (does not include Travel Doctor-TMVC Licensees).
- To redeem your voucher you must call and book an appointment with the (Sonic HealthPlus or Travel Doctor-TMVC) clinic.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost.
- Vouchers are prepaid and non refundable.
