Set up Protocols
Once you have signed up as a new client, a Client Partner will be in contact with you to set up protocols specific to your needs.
Our finance team will perform a credit check before an account can be set up.
Upon completion of the above, you will be able to commence using Sonic HealthPlus services.

Booking an Onsite Visit
If you would like to book an onsite service such as a Health and Wellness Program, a Drug and Alcohol Test or a Vaccination Program, complete this form or call the team on (07) 3058 8300.
Tammie is responsible for the commercial and regulatory management of the Sonic HealthPlus operational divisions including the critical elements:
- Business development and Marketing - responsible for service quality, cost efficiency, management of the business development and marketing teams
- Commercial, procurement and contractual management and negotiations for existing and new clients
- Strategic account management and relationships
- Internal and External Stakeholder management
Anthony (Tony) Brennan
Joining Sonic HealthPlus in 2011, Tony leads our Western Australian and Victorian client partner teams. With over 20 years' experience in senior managment in the medical industry, Tony's expertise lies in fields such as pathology, general practice, the public health system, occupational medicine and drug and alcohol screening.
Tony's focus on customer service and client realtionships means he is well positioned to assist in meeting your service requirements.
Hailing from New Zealand, Zach studied sports coaching and management before he moved into logistics and recently health care with Sonic HealthPlus. His dedicated approach provides clients with an efficient and seamless client experience. Calling Melbourne home, Zach is a knowledgeable member of the Victorian team responsible for Victoria, Tasmania and the ACT.
With over 10 years’ experience in account management, Sarah brings strong relationship management skills to her position. Based in the Client Partner team in Brisbane managing a portfolio of Queensland based multinational and government clients, Sarah’s diverse experience covers a range of industries including tourism, logistics and most recently healthcare. Sarah’s knowledge and understanding of the services provided by Sonic HealthPlus ensures clients are matched with the best solutions. As your key contact for Queensland, she also works closely with the North Queensland clinics to actively seek new opportunities in the Queensland market.
Working with our Clinical Services, Specialised Services and Site Services operational teams, Lynn Ford is the central point for all services regarding out of clinic enquiries (medical, wellness, injury management).
Lynn has comprehensive knowledge of Site Services, having worked for over nine years as an onsite Paramedic, Onsite Medical Coordinator, Site Services Executive and Project Manager. She has successfully managed onsite medical services in Western Australia and supported the growth of services on the east coast of Australia, being a key contact for Poisons Permit, Remote Area Health Care and Site Medical management.
Lynn’s experience managing Medical Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Paramedics, Psychologists, Health Screeners and administration teams, ensures she is well positioned to assist clients to manage their remote health care risks.
With hands on experience managing the Sonic HealthPlus clinic in Sydney CBD, Brodi possesses a great understanding of our services and processes, providing clients with a holistic approach to managing their team’s occupational health needs. Hailing from the Sunshine Coast, Brodi’s love of the outdoors drew her back to Brisbane, joining the Queensland team as the Client Partner responsible for the Far North Queensland region.

SASS is the SHP Appointment Scheduling System. SASS provides our clients with a streamlined system to make, track or amend all of your appointments into any of our clinics 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
This new enhanced online booking system will replace Diary Direct in February, 2020. Its capabilities exceed those currently delivered by Diary Direct allowing greater efficiencies when managing appointments for your team.
