Car parking is available across the street at His Majesty's Car Park (City of Perth Car Park No.5) or at Cloisters Arcade Car Park. The free Central Area Transport RED CAT route includes a stop at His Majesty's on Hay Street. The RED CAT operates every five minutes from 6.40am-6.20pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays), and hourly on the weekends between 8.30am and 5pm. If you are using the RED CAT bus please get off at stop 18.

To book an appointment, please ring (08) 9486 4556 or visit www.sonichealthplus.com.au/haystreet. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time; however emergencies will be given priority.
Appointment times are approximately 15 minutes – please tell the reception staff if you require a longer appointment time.
Every effort is made to attend to walk in patients with an urgent matter. However in some instances, it will be requested that you make an appointment at a later date and time to accommodate your needs.
If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or contact the Clinic Manager, on (08) 9486 4556. We take concerns, suggestions and complaints very seriously and will deal with any matters that come to us. All complaints will be followed up and in writing if requested.

Sonic HealthPlus Hay Street Perth is a mixed billing practice. All consultations are to be paid for on the day. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos. Pensioners, Health Care Card Holders and Children are not bulk billed. Medical record requests have a fee attached.Show more information
Our clinic participates in national, state and territory recall and reminder systems, please advise if you do not wish to be registered in the reminder system. We will recall you for preventative care and follow-up treatment if required. Please advise the reception staff or doctor if you do not wish to be involved in the practice systems.
Our clinic policy is that all results are not to be given via telephone. If you would like to discuss your results with your doctor please make an appointment with the reception staff as they will be more than happy to assist.
If you wish to discuss something with our nursing staff, your call will be attended to as quickly as possible. If the nurse is unavailable at the time of your call, we will phone you back at our first available opportunity.
