Dr Lim graduated from The University of Tasmania in 2003 with first class honours. She completed her internship and hospital training at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide, whereby she underwent training under the rotations of orthopaedics, emergency medicine, geriatric medicine and colorectal surgery. Dr Lim has extensive experience in acute care adult psychiatry as well as inpatient mental health treatment and has also participated in a rotation of community general practice training.
After having maternity leave with two young children, Dr Lim has decided that occupational medicine is her field of interest whereby she can utilise her skills from all previous rotations.
Dr Lim enjoys working hand in hand with the physiotherapist, occupational therapist and workplace coordinators to ensure a smooth and efficient transition back to work for workers who are injured.
Dr Vo is a Specialist Occupational and Environmental Physician and Pain Specialist with extensive experience including previous onsite and advisory roles with prominent organisations in agricultural, manufacturing, mining and other industries. Having grown up and received his medical training in Adelaide, he has special interests in musculoskeletal medicine, early intervention to minimise the effects of persistent pain and disability, and the multi-disciplinary management of complex injuries with the aim of functional restoration.
Dr Vo is committed to maintaining up-to-date treatment modalities that are evidence-based and considered best practice in order to achieve the best outcomes. Dr Vo is accepting referrals for Second Opinion Medicine (SOM), Medico Legal, Work Cover and Motor Vehicle Assessments at the clinic.
Dr Gormly received his medical training in Adelaide and has worked for many years in the area of occupational health, providing medical advice to various government agencies and private sector employers regarding the health and medical fitness of workers in a wide range of industries.
He has a particular interest in the assessment of employees in the oil & gas, maritime, and road & rail transport sectors, and holds accreditation/registration to perform examinations for Oil & Gas UK, AMSA, and Rail Safety purposes.
Dr Gormly also has an interest in Heath Surveillance of workers potentially exposed to hazardous substances, and is an AMROA certified Medical Review Officer, able to assist employers with medical aspects of workplace alcohol and drug programs.
Dr Prasan graduated MBBS from The Karnataka University in India in 2001. She attained her Diploma in Orthopaedics in 2007, Diploma in Child Health in 2012 and Diploma in Emergency Medicine from the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine in 2014. Dr Prasan has worked in several capacities across the South Australian Public health system for 10 years before joining Sonic HealthPlus in 2017.
Dr Prasan has extensive experience in orthopaedics, adult and paediatric trauma and injuries, emergency and rehabilitation medicine having worked in three different health care systems in India, United Kingdom and Australia. Her wide-ranging experience in several domains of medicine and surgery has helped harness her expertise in managing patients and clients who present with issues related to work place based injuries and disability.
