How to become a Client

To get you up and running on our system, we ask that you complete the following steps:

1. Chat to one of our Client Partners

Our Client Partners can help you select services and prices. If you already know what you want, you can skip this step.

2. Complete a Client Sign-Up Form

This form will give us all of the information we need to deliver your services such as result management and invoice processes.

3. Access Client Portal

Within our Client Portal you can access Diary Direct, where you can make online bookings, as well as our Results Portal, where you can access results online. You’ll need to complete this form to sign-up to the portal.

What happens next?

Once you’ve completed the necessary steps, you can start using our services. Depending on what service you require, the booking options will vary.
