Injury Prevention is all about staying safe at work. 

Whether it’s getting enough sleep, eating the right foods or wearing the correct protective gear, there is a lot that can be done to minimise risk and reduce exposure to potential harm.

However, with over 638,400 Australian workers reporting an injury incurred at work between the years of 2009 – 2010, there is still more work to be done.

Making sure your workers are educated and aware of safe work practices is key to injury prevention.  To help with this, we’ve created an Injury Prevention Tips Poster that provides some simple but effective information such as stretching, wearing protective equipment, ergonomics, risk identification and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
