SASS: Sonic Appointment Scheduling System

SASS provides our clients with a streamlined system to make, track, or amend all of your appointments into any of our clinics 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through secure and individual login credentials.

We send automatic appointment confirmations, including all relevant information, via email to the requesting person from your company and to the candidate within 15 minutes of confirming the appointment. The candidate will also receive an SMS reminder 36 hours before their scheduled appointment.

If you require a service that is not available under your company's SASS profile, please contact your Client Partner who can assist with the booking procedure for this service.

Each user must have their own unique username and email address; the same email address cannot be used by multiple users.

Results

The Sonic HealthPlus Results Portal will enable you to quickly and easily view employee and candidate medical results 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Results Portal allows users to login, search, track the status, download medical result documentation, or quick search a medical classification outcome for current and historic medical results. When a new result is available on the portal, authorised personnel will receive an alert notification by email. Depending on legislative requirements, the results you will receive will either be in full or as a copy of the classification page.

If you are currently not an established user of our Results Portal, please contact your Client Partner. Please note that each user must have their own unique username and email address; the same email address cannot be used by multiple users.

If you are a new client or an existing client currently receiving medical results via email, we recommend delaying Results Portal Registration until the new and improved system is live.
