SASS: Sonic Appointment Scheduling System

SASS provides our clients with a streamlined system to make, track, or amend all of your appointments into any of our clinics 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through secure and individual login credentials.

We send automatic appointment confirmations, including all relevant information, via email to the requesting person from your company and to the candidate within 15 minutes of confirming the appointment. The candidate will also receive an SMS reminder 36 hours before their scheduled appointment.

If you require a service that is not available under your company's SASS profile, please contact your Client Partner who can assist with the booking procedure for this service.

Each user must have their own unique username and email address; the same email address cannot be used by multiple users.

Results

The Sonic HealthPlus Results Portal allows you to quickly and easily view employee and candidate medical results 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Login, search, track and download medical result documentation, or quick search a medical outcome for current or historic medical assessments. Authorised personnel receive alert notifications via email each time a new result becomes available on the Portal. Depending on legislative requirements, results may be uploaded in full or as copies of the classification page.

If you are not yet an established user of our Client Portal, please contact your Client Partner. Please note, each user must have their own unique username and email address; the same email address cannot be used by multiple users.
