Our finance team will perform a credit check before an account can be set up.

Anthony (Tony) Brennan
Joining Sonic HealthPlus in 2011, Tony leads our Western Australian and Victorian client partner teams. With over 20 years' experience in senior managment in the medical industry, Tony's expertise lies in fields such as pathology, general practice, the public health system, occupational medicine and drug and alcohol screening.
Tony's focus on customer service and client realtionships means he is well positioned to assist in meeting your service requirements.
Zach Lowe
Zach studied sports coaching and management before moving into logistics and then diversify into health care with Sonic HealthPlus. His dedicated approach provides clients with an efficient and seamless client experience. Calling Melbourne home, Zach is a knowledgeable member of the team and is responsible for managing clients in Victoria, Tasmania and the ACT.
Sarah Mialkowski
Sarah joined Sonic HealthPlus in 2017 and has over 14 years’ experience in account management and business development, and brings strong relationship management skills to her position.
Based in Brisbane, Sarah manages the Queensland Client Partner team as well as a portfolio of multinational and government contracts. Her diverse experience covers a range of industries including tourism, logistics, government and most recently healthcare.
Her extensive knowledge and understanding of Sonic HealthPlus services and capabilities, ensures clients receive tailored solutions that deliver on their individual needs.
She works closely with the Queensland clinics to actively seek new opportunities in the Queensland market and is the key contact for Queensland based clients.
Rinju Bhattarai
Rinju is a qualified Sales and Account Manager with over 15 years’ experience working for high volume, fast paced organisations within Australia and Overseas. Client centric and solutions focussed, Rinju works closely with her clients to understand their needs and align Sonic HealthPlus’ resources in order to meet their operational imperatives.
With a background in research, both quantitative and qualitative, Rinju has a keen eye for detail and is able to take complex challenges and resolve them systematically and strategically.
As Senior Client Partner Manager, Rinju is an integral member of the Client Partner team and is responsible for New South Wales as well as having oversight of the ACT.
Michelle Mullan
Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and has worked in a number of demanding and high-pressure roles including as an enrolled nurse, Practice Manager, Business Manager as well as a Solution Consultant and Business Analyst in both the private and public sectors.
With a wealth of clinical and management experience, Michelle has been providing valuable support to the NSW and Qld client partners teams since 2018.
Lynn Ford
Lynn is our national lead for all out of clinic services, including medical, wellness, and injury management. She works closely with our Site Services, Specialised Services and Clinical Services operational teams to ensure the effective delivery of onsite client needs.
Lynn has comprehensive knowledge of Site Services, having worked with Sonic HealthPlus for thirteen years as an Onsite Paramedic, Onsite Medical Coordinator, Site Services Executive and Project Manager. Now working as a Senior Client Development Partner, her extensive experience is an invaluable resource for both clients and the broader commercial team.
She has successfully managed onsite medical services in Western Australia, has supported the growth of services on the east coast of Australia, and is a key contact for Poisons Permit, Remote Area Health Care and Site Medical management.
Lynn’s experience managing Medical Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Paramedics, Psychologists, Health Screeners and administration teams, ensures she is well positioned to assist clients in managing their remote health care needs.
Jasmin Aviet
Jasmin has eight years of experience in the health industry, starting out as a medical receptionist in radiology and then as a legal assistant for a Personal Injury law firm, before moving into the Occupational Health industry.
Over the past four years Jasmin has worked in our Alliance and Specialised Bookings team before transferring into the Business Development team.
Providing administrative support for; Western Australia, the Northern Territory, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania, Jasmin specialises in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients across Australia.
Brodi Jones
Brodi started with Sonic HealthPlus in 2017, originally working in the Sonic HealthPlus Sydney CBD clinic in Administration as well as managing the Sydney CBD Travel Doctor TMVC clinic, before joining the Queensland Client Partner team in January 2019.
Brodi possesses a great understanding of Sonic HealthPlus’ services and processes, providing clients with a holistic approach to managing their team’s occupational health needs. She has extensive experience managing clients across a number of industries, including mining, industrial, government and rail.
Brodi is responsible for supporting clients in North Queensland as well as Carole Park and Brisbane CBD.

About the Portal
Using state-of-the-art online IT systems, Clients can establish rules and processes to guide how services are administered and reported, and make quick and easy 24/7 online bookings into our nationwide clinic network.
The Online Results Portal provides a single access point for medical results and bookings.
The Online Results Portal is password protected and made available only to nominated agency employees. The portal provides the following features.

Logged in home page—accessed by Agency nominated employees.
Access to SASS (Sonic HealthPlus Appointment Scheduling System)—single sign-on to Sonic HealthPlus’ online booking system—giving live view into appointment availability of all Sonic HealthPlus clinics.


Online live access to all medical results and reports—for each employee / candidate.
Keyword search—search all medical results by file name, assessment type or employee name.


The Online Client Portal provides a streamlined service and workflow:
1. Medical results are immediately uploaded to the portal on completion
2. The occupational physician is notified by email to complete a review—results are approved and a notification email is sent to the Company
3. If results are declined, the medical is removed and feedback provided to the appropriate health professional for correction then prompt re-submission.
Security and Confidentiality Protocol
Sonic HealthPlus uses a vendor’s Content Management System (CMS) to deliver the Online Client Portal. To maintain security, the physical server hosting the portal sits locally on a locked down environment, maintained by Sonic Healthcare IT.
Sonic HealthPlus’ CMS vendor provides support for the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to enable secure communication between client browsers and the web server.
The CMS vendor undertakes rigorous penetration testing of the CMS. This has included the use of independent testers (e.g. Dimension Data, KPMG and Sense of Security (all independently)) to perform penetration testing in area such as Access Control, Data Validation, Password Policies, Cross Site Scripting, SQL Injection, Cryptography, Data Storage etc. Backups of all data are created daily.
