Growing up in the UK prior to moving to Australia as a teen, Claire developed her passion for sales and relationship management in Residential Real Estate, where she managed a large residential property portfolio. Loan is a Melbourne based Senior Client Partner. She joined Sonic Healthplus in 2015, starting her employment occupational health journey in 2006 with Medibank Health Solutions and Bupa. Working In various roles from administration to medical screening, before being appointed 2IC at Sonic Healthplus Adelaide CBD in 2015.

Brodi started with Sonic HealthPlus in 2017, originally working in the Sonic HealthPlus Sydney CBD clinic in Administration as well as managing the Sydney CBD Travel Doctor TMVC clinic, before joining the Queensland Client Partner team in January 2019. Brodi possesses a great understanding of Sonic HealthPlus’ services and processes, providing clients with a holistic approach to managing their team’s occupational health needs.
Brodi started with Sonic HealthPlus in 2017, originally working in the Sonic HealthPlus Sydney CBD clinic in Administration as well as managing the Sydney CBD Travel Doctor TMVC clinic, before joining the Queensland Client Partner team in January 2019.
Brodi possesses a great understanding of Sonic HealthPlus’ services and processes, providing clients with a holistic approach to managing their team’s occupational health needs. She has extensive experience managing clients across a number of industries, including mining, industrial, government and rail.
Brodi is responsible for supporting clients in North Queensland as well as Carole Park and Brisbane CBD.
Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and has worked in a number of demanding and high-pressure roles including as an enrolled nurse, Practice Manager, Business Manager as well as a Solution Consultant and Business Analyst in both the private and public sectors.

Jennifer possess a great understanding of the service offering at Sonic HealthPlus from both a travel and occupational health perspective and has a passion for providing solutions to her clients. Her experience working with government clients allows her to manage the nuances within their contracts and ensure service delivery and SLA’s are met.

Sonic HealthPlus uses a vendor’s Content Management System (CMS) to deliver the Online Results Portal. To maintain security, the physical server hosting the portal sits locally on a locked down environment, maintained by Sonic Healthcare IT.
Sonic HealthPlus’ CMS vendor provides support for the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to enable secure communication between client browsers and the web server.
The CMS vendor undertakes rigorous penetration testing of the CMS. This has included the use of independent testers (e.g. Dimension Data, KPMG and Sense of Security (all independently) to perform penetration testing in area such as Access Control, Data Validation, Password Policies, Cross Site Scripting, SQL Injection, Cryptography, Data Storage etc. Backups of all data are created daily.
SASS is our appointment booking system, and allows clients to make, track or amend appointments into any of our clinics 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

COVID-19 UPDATE: All persons attending a medical appointment at a Sonic HealthPlus clinic will be required to complete a COVID-19 Triage Assessment form. If you are not vaccinated or fully vaccinated, we will need to undertake a risk assessment, which may include Rapid Antigen Testing.
Please note: Patients who attend for their medical assessment presenting with flu-like symptoms or have recently travelled from a COVID hotspot may be turned away.
