Sonic HealthPlus Mandurah is located in the suburb of Erskine, Mandurah, approximately 72 kilometres south of the West Australian state capital, Perth. Our clinic is situated at Erskine Shopping Centre and conveniently offers pathology services on site, and a pharmacy located in the same shopping complex. Mandurah attracts a large number of tourists including many international visitors each year. The city centre foreshore is home to a variety of wildlife and marine life with the city known for its protected waterways, beaches, boating and fishing activities. With much of our economy based on tourism, retail, manufacturing and construction, we have tailored the needs of our clinic to suit the requirements of the Mandurah community.
We offer both general practitioner and occupational health services to suit the specific needs of our patients. With a fully comprehensive general practice clinic we are equipped to deal with every health concern for both local and visiting patients. Our services are extended by our occupational health facilities that support the health and wellbeing of workers within the Mandurah community. Our occupational health services include injury management and prevention, drug and alcohol testing, immunisations, specialised medicals, and corporate travel medicine and advice.
With many of our local patients requiring specialised workplace medicals including rail category 1, 2 and 3, P58 police medical, Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) medical, and Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET), our staff has undertaken additional training to support the needs of these industries.

We are located within the Erskine Shopping Centre, which offers plenty of free onsite parking.
Our clinic is just a short walk from Bus Stop 22807 on Old Coast Road.
We have two allocated disabled car parks located at the front of our building. Our clinic is wheelchair accessible and our staff are happy to assist any patient when required.
We offer same day and/or walk-in appointments for injured workers. A short wait may be required for walk-in appointments, but please be assured our team will endeavour to see you as soon as possible.

Appointment times are approximately 10 minutes – please tell the reception staff if you require a longer appointment time.
Every effort is made to attend to walk in patients with an urgent matter. However in some instances, it will be requested that you make an appointment at a later date and time to accommodate your needs.
If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or contact the Clinic Manager, on (08) 9535 0999. We take concerns, suggestions and complaints very seriously and will deal with any matters that come to us. All complaints will be followed up and in writing if requested.

Sonic HealthPlus Mandurah is a private billing practice. All consultations are to be paid for on the day. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos. The practice bulk bills children under 16 and concession holders at the doctor’s discretion. Our clinic participates in national, state and territory recall and reminder systems, please advise if you do not wish to be registered in the reminder system. We will recall you for preventative care and follow-up treatment if required. Please advise the reception staff or doctor if you do not wish to be involved in the practice systems.
Our clinic policy is that all results are not to be given via telephone. If you would like to discuss your results with your doctor please make an appointment with the reception staff as they will be more than happy to assist.
If you wish to discuss something with our nursing staff, your call will be attended to as quickly as possible. If the nurse is unavailable at the time of your call, we will phone you back at our first available opportunity.
