We offer same day and/or walk-in appointments for injured workers. A short wait may be required for walk-in appointments, but please be assured our team will endeavor to see you as soon as possible.
Parking & Public Transport
As we’re located in a business district, we appreciate that our patients require appointments to run on time, meet the highest standard of care and offer easy access to parking and public transport facilities.
Our new location is conveniently located next to the Parliament Train Station and Tram stops, or the Spring Street bus stops.
Here are some tips to make your experience with us go smoothly as possible.
Calling your GP:
Your GP will try to take your call but may be away or busy with patients. Please let us know if it is urgent.
Please book an appointment to get your test results. Only in rare cases this can be done over the phone, at the GPs discretion.
These must be done during a consultation with your GP. Repeat referrals are given at your GPs discretion and you may be charged a fee.
You must make an appointment to get a medical certificate and, we regret they cannot be backdated.
Recalls & Reminders:
Our reminder system is to tell you about recurring healthcare issues such as annual check-ups, care planning and immunisations. Please advise reception if you want to opt out of reminders.
You may be asked back for a follow up appointment, if your GP advises.

COVID-19 UPDATE: All persons attending a medical appointment at a Sonic HealthPlus clinic will be required to complete a COVID-19 Triage Assessment form. If you are not vaccinated or fully vaccinated, we will need to undertake a risk assessment, which may include Rapid Antigen Testing.
Please note: Patients who attend for their medical assessment presenting with flu-like symptoms or have recently travelled from a COVID hotspot may be turned away.
