We offer same day and/or walk-in appointments for injured workers. A short wait may be required for walk-in appointments, but please be assured our team will endeavour to see you as soon as possible.
Parking & Public Transport
Sonic HealthPlus Perth CBD, is located in Perth City within walking distance of Perth Underground, and Esplanade train stations. There is off street parking, and nearby private parking structures. However parking around Perth City is limited.

Sonic HealthPlus Perth CBD is located in the heart of Perth’s CBD in St Martins Arcade, on St Georges Terrace.
Affiliated with one of Australia’s leading suppliers of occupational healthcare, we offer high quality, accurate and individualised treatment for both occupational health and general practice medicine.
Our team of doctors are passionate about the health services they perform daily. With a dedicated team, you can be sure both your employees and family receive high quality healthcare.
Bookings and Appointments
Please ring (08) 9321 9332 for an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time; however emergencies will be given priority.
Appointment times are approximately 10 minutes – please tell the reception staff if you require a longer appointment time.
Every effort is made to attend to walk in patients with an urgent matter. However in some instances, it will be requested that you make an appointment at a later date and time to accommodate your needs.
Your Rights
If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or contact the Clinic Manager, on (08) 9321 9332. We take concerns, suggestions and complaints very seriously and will deal with any matters that come to us. All complaints will be followed up and in writing if requested.

Fees and Billing
Sonic HealthPlus Perth CBD is a private billing practice. All consultations are to be paid for on the day. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos. The practice bulk bills children under 16 and concession holders at the doctor’s discretion. Should you be eligible, please bring your Medicare Card, Concession Card or Veterans Affairs card to each consult. Medical record requests have a fee attached.
The team at Sonic HealthPlus Perth CBD are highly trained within their medical discipline. We have doctors from both general practice and occupational healthcare backgrounds. This means our treating doctors are skilled and passionate in the medical service they provide their patients, whether this is family medicine or occupational medicine.

Dr Anne Durack
Medical Practitioner
Dr Anne Durack is an experienced occupational health doctor who is constantly looking to improve health outcomes through preventative health. She studied at the University of Western Australia and since spent much of her career working in occupational health practices, helping businesses and workers meet their best health outcomes. Dr Durack has a special interest in both Rail and Seafarer Medicals, having acted in training and oversight positions for both.

Dr Kasan Monks
Medical Practitioner
Dr Kasan Monks has always been a big believer in prevention is better than cure. He studied at the University of Western Australia and spent several years training at Royal Perth Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital. Dr Monks decided to embark on a career in general practice as this enabled him to practice and apply all the medical knowledge he gained throughout his training. Occupational medicine was also a passion for him as it provides a way to screen for health conditions in a population of people who might otherwise not have a regular GP. Dr Monks has worked in the area of occupational health for over a decade and is very experienced with all types of pre-employment medicals. He also provides consultations for general practice issues, workers’ compensation cases, and travel vaccinations.
Ben Woods
Practice Manager
Ben initially joined Sonic HealthPlus in 2009, performing duties as a Medical Screener, Exercise Physiologist, as well as performing Executive Health Evaluations. Since becoming Practice Manager in 2021 he is now responsible for ensuring the overall operations of the clinic run efficiently and effectively with the help of rest of the incredible Perth CBD team.

Executive Health Evaluations
In today’s stressful and demanding business environment, looking after your executive staff is paramount. To ensure the ongoing health and wellness of your staff, Sonic HealthPlus offers specialist executive health evaluations (EHEs). EHEs are designed to cater for the unique needs and requirements of staff, stimulate thought about their health, and identify areas where action may be needed.
Health Surveillance
Health surveillance is the systematic approach to monitoring the health of an individual over time. Often a legal requirement in the workplace, health surveillance monitors exposure to noise, vibration, ionising radiation, solvents, fumes, dust, biological agents and other substances hazardous to an employee’s health.
Hearing Assessments
Hearing assessments are completed to evaluate the sensitivity of a patient’s sense of hearing. This assessment can be requested by an employer, during a health assessment, or if there is reason for concern. Hearing assessments aid our doctors in identifying any potential problem with a patient’s hearing and provide a baseline reading for workers on loud work sites.
Injury Management and Prevention
Injured workers have immediate access to a range of medical personnel to ensure an integrated and prompt recovery with optimal outcomes for both the employee and employer.
