Utilising over 90 years’ combined experience in occupational health care, we are trusted to deliver a wide range of services to each of the patients we see daily.

Dr Benjamin Lam has worked in Occupational Medicine since 2013. He joined Sonic HealthPlus in 2016. Dr Lam has worked across a number of industries (including mining, railway and oil and gas) and is experienced in pre-employment medicals, injury management, fitness for duty assessments, health surveillance and travel medicine. Dr Lam is specifically accredited to perform AHP railway medical assessments, OGUK medical assessments, AMSA medical assessments, and MRO services. Dr Lam enjoys the challenges of co-ordinating healthcare between a multitude of stakeholders and ensuring the best outcomes for workers and employers alike. He enjoys the great team and working environment in the Sydney CBD clinic.
Liam graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. He has experience predominantly in the rehabilitation setting – largely in post-operative and disability fields. He enjoys the clinical nature of his job, the interaction with nurses and doctors on a day to day basis and assessing the functional capacity required for certain jobs within the industry.
Dohee completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales in 2017. Beginning with Sonic HealthPlus in 2016, Dohee has worked in multiple facets of the company including reception, admin, medical screening and as an exercise physiologist. As a senior staff member, Dohee works closely with executive candidates and manages the administrative aspect of these appointments. Dohee works hard to provide the best service to all clients and enjoys educating clients on how they can further improve their health.
Asith graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sports Science) and a Masters of Exercise Physiology from Sydney University in 2018. He has worked across multiple NSW metro SHP clinics and enjoys engaging with the wide variety of candidates on a daily basis. Asith has a passion for health and fitness and a drive to provide excellent customer care at all times.
Andy is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, working for Sonic HealthPlus since 2017. He is originally from Adelaide and has been working in this field since 2013. Since then, he has completed a Master of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) and is now undertaking a Master of Physiotherapy. He has a passion for working with people and helping them return to work and the activities they enjoy.
Vivienne is a Registered Nurse. She has worked at Sonic HealthPlus since July 2012. She graduated with a Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety in Dublin, Ireland and is a registered midwife. Her role includes health screening, audiometry, drug and alcohol screening, travel and health immunisation, spirometery, rail medicals and injury triage and management. She loves the variation of her job as well as the educational opportunities, great environment and great staff members.
Lily Hoy is the Sydney CBD Clinic Manager and has been with Sonic HealthPlus since October 2015, previously managing Sonic HealthPlus Parramatta, and has been in the medical industry for over 14 years. Lily has worked within General Practice, Specialist Clinics and Occupational/ workplace Health. She is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations for the clinic, ensuring that all staff, doctors and clinical requirements are met and there is sufficient provisions to uphold smooth workflow.
Claudia is a registered nurse who graduated from Western Sydney University in 2011. She has previous experience in venepuncture and general practice. Her role now includes health screening and immunisation.
Robyn is medical screener and receptionist with Sonic HealthPlus Sydney CBD. Meeting positive people is what Robyn loves most about her role. She finds it rewarding to be involved in returning people to work.
Ramza is a medical screener and receptionist. She has worked with Sonic HealthPlus since 2017. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Australian Catholic University. Ramza enjoys the educational and practical opportunities that Sonic HealthPlus provides. She enjoys the friendly environment of the Sydney CBD clinic and meeting a diverse range of candidates.
Lauren is a receptionist and medical screener with Sonic HealthPlus Sydney CBD. She has been a member of the Sonic HealthPlus team since July 2018. Lauren studied nursing prior to this role. She enjoys the new opportunities that working at SHP presents and the chance to be able to work with a great team and meet new people each day.
Isis joined Sonic HealthPlus in May 2019. She has a strong customer service background and is committed to creating positive experiences for patients. What she loves most about her role is the opportunity to learn from her peers and meet new people every day.
